Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but understand if you need to return your item(s). You can return an item within 35 days of placing the original order. If the item is unused, and in sellable condition, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The return policy will start once the order has been delivered.
The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 7 working days.
How do I make a Return?
Our returns are FREE and easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Go to ‘My Orders’ in your account. Find your order and click ‘Return item(s)’
- Provide your reason for return. These reasons help us to improve our service and provide the best possible products for you.
- If your reason for return is damage or defect in the item, you may be asked to provide a photograph of the damage or defect.
- Print your returns label and package it along with your item. Take your packaged item to the ABI Hop Shop returns drop box in the ABI mail room.

How do I exchange my item?
If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund.
Refunds Process
Our refunds process is simple.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have submitted your return. Depending on the reason for return you will then either return the item and/or provide evidence of damage or defect.
- Once your item has been received and processed by the relevant department, you will receive confirmation that your refund has been initiated.
- We will refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 7 working days.
